Introduction: PART ONE

My approach is built to make it easier for each unique client and psychotherapist/coach to enable clients to harness their own latest-in-evolution adaptive and neuro-plastic capacities – universal to human individuals – toward their performance and realization goals, healing, and solutions.

My applications - with which you make sense of, heal, and improve the content and pattern of the activation of your own self-adaptations – use the Brain Mind Self Adaptabilty organization of findings from basic science (psychology, neuroscience, etc.) to make your change more effective and straightforward.

To facilitate healthy and successful adaptation, it is common for us to lead from focus on your preferred future/present and add personalized Brain Mind Self psycho-education and co-guided-experiences, and strengthen your developed self.  As needed, we employ Alternating Bilateral Stimulation (ABS or BLS) reprocessing, direct-communication with your lived-inner-experience and multiplicity of mind and brain (including parts of self), and chain analysis.

Inner mental strength/fitness and self-development are key to prevention and recovery in psychotherapy and to preparation for sustained and resilient performance. Dr. Casadaban works with each individual to customize a plan.
