EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a powerful and rapid treatment for single traumas/losses, negative memories and beliefs, performance and creativity enhancement, fear/panic/phobias, and resource strengthening. This therapy promotes a reprocessing of information about past, present, and anticipated future experience in order to open new neural pathways to new possibilities and accomplishments.
With my mind-brain-body-spirit-as-self framework, I utilize basic and advanced EMDR applications and protocols. EMDR’s accelerated power can be combined with other methods, approaches, and steps to add to the effectiveness of psychotherapy or coaching for specific goals.
Examples of specific goals:
- Trauma, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
- Acute Stress Disorder, Recent Traumas, Losses, Accidents
- Complex trauma, complex PTSD
